We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, Elula Naturals is a small-batch artisan formulation studio and some products are made to order to ensure freshness and optimal benefits of a product. You will be notified should we be in the process of formulating a specific product.

Any order can be arranged for self pick up from Elula Naturals in Kwambonambi, KZN or arrange to have it dropped off.
Elula Naturals uses “The Courier Guy” and will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order has been packed and a collection has been booked by the courier company. Please use the tracking number provided to track your parcel with the courier company.
Elula Naturals does not ship internationally.
Elula Naturals makes use of a third-party courier service and therefore does not accept nor take any responsibility for the following:
• Delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched to the third-party courier service
• Delays owing to incomplete information provided by customers
• Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers
• Deliveries received at the shipping address by persons other than the purchaser

Cancelled Orders
Once an online order has been placed and a shipping notification has been sent, no orders can be cancelled. If you need to cancel an online order, Elula Naturals must be notified immediately.
No refunds will be made once a shipment has left with the courier company.
